Dr Khumo Tlhalerwa holds a Graduate Diploma in Clinical Dentistry (Oral Implants) from the University of Sydney and a Bachelor of Dental Surgery from the National University of Ireland at Cork.
In 2008, while still a student, Dr Tlhalewera was awarded the Academy of Operative Dentistry Prize for his outstanding performance on operative dentistry practice exams. As well as his dentistry studies, he has also completed Progressive Orthodontic Seminars, which is a two-year orthodontic program for general dentists.
Dr Tlhalewera is passionate about providing patients with high-quality care using the most up-to-date advanced dental technologies and treatments. He is a certified provider of All-on-4 dental implants, Digital Smile Design (DSD) and Natural Restoration. He is also a Gold Invisalign provider, a classification for dentists with a higher level of experience with Invisalign.
Since 2016, Dr Tlhalewera has been a member of the Australian Society of Implant Dentistry. He is also a member of the International Congress of Implant Dentists.
Today, he is proud to be a destination dentist in Tumut, NSW, and he counts helping his patients and seeing them smile as the best part of his job.
When he is not at work, Dr Tlhalewera enjoys studying, reading and spending time with his family.
Homayon has been with Tumut Dental Clinic since 2017 and studied at Charles Sturt University.
He enjoys being part of a dynamic team and empowering patients through oral health education. Homayon also loves to help patients feel at ease in the dental environment, specifically children.
When not working, Homayon likes to be outdoors, learning new things and staying current on medicine and science.
Robyn Harrison has been a team member since 2012. She holds a Certificate III in Dental Assisting.
She loves building rapport with patient’s and helping them feel less nervous at the dental clinic. Robyn’s top priority is to ensure that patients receive a friendly, professional and confidential dental visit in a caring, stress-free environment and that they are provided with any information or advice as required.
When she is not at work, Robyn enjoys outdoor activities, gardening and seeing movies.
Georgia has been with Tumut Dental Clinic since 2017.
She loves the challenges of her job and enjoys learning something new every day, including interacting with the patients and building trusting relationships with them. Georgia feels that the team at Tumut Dental Clinic is one big family working together to provide the best dental care in town.
When she is not at work, Georgia likes to travel and meet new people.
Anni has been with Tumut Dental Clinic since 2004.
She is proud to work with the team at Tumut Dental Clinic and enjoys interacting with patients.
When Anni is not at work, she enjoys gardening, travelling and spending time with her grandchildren.
Claudine joined the team at Tumut Dental at the start of 2022. She has been a Dental Assistant since 2008.
Claudine loves being apart of the energetic team at Tumut Dental. She takes pride in ensuring patients feel comfortable whilst receiving excellent care.
Although Claudine delights all aspects of dentistry, her area of particular interest is Dental Implants, having worked as a surgical assistant alongside Implant Specialists for 10 years.
Outside of work Claudine loves outdoor activities and spending time with her young family.
A former chef, now Dental Assistant, Jacinta started with us here at Tumut Dental in October 2021 and is currently studying her certificate III in Dental assisting.
Jacinta believes in bringing a sense of comfort to her patients, starting with building a good rapport, making them laugh, making sure they completely understand the information given to them by the Dental team, all while providing the best Dental care possible.
When Jacinta isn’t chairside, she takes every opportunity to torment Homayon. She loves the big family feel of the Tumut Dental Team .
When she is away from work Jacinta loves going on long motorcycle rides & reading fiction novels.
Julia has been in the Dental Industry for over a year now, and joined our team in March 2022. She is currently studying to complete her certificate III in Dental Assisting.
She enjoys creating genuine relationships with patients, and their smile. Julia loves working with such an amazing and welcoming team.
When she is not at work , Julia likes to play Football on weekends and spending time with family and friends.
Lorelei joined the team at the beginning of 2022. She’s currently studying a certificate III in Dental Assisting.
She loves to learn new things every day and enjoys the challenges of her job. Lorelei is interested in a career in oral health. She enjoys being part of the Tumut Dental team. Lorelei aims to provide best care for patients.
When she is not working, Lorelei likes spending time with family and baking.
Sherilyn has been with us at Tumut Dental since March 2021, working as a Dental Assistant and on the Front Desk.
She holds a certificate III in Dental Assisting and has 25 years previous experience to bring to Tumut Dental.
Sherilyn loves to greet our patients with a smile and make them feel welcome and comfortable.
When she is not at work, she enjoys gardening, family, renovating and travel.
